Send an Item

Royal Mail

Redesign of Royal Mail's online postage service

See it live

Project information

I'm proud to have worked closely with the UK's postal service to simplify the process of buying shipping labels and sending letters and parcels, benefiting both individuals and businesses alike. Together, we've transformed the outdated single-page form for purchasing labels into a more visually appealing and intuitive experience, making it easier for users to submit parcel details across various devices.

The revamped 'Send an item' site offers an array of new features that cater to both occasional and frequent senders, including the option to buy multiple labels at once and quickly resend parcels to saved addresses.

Since its launch, the updated site has seen an impressive 200% increase in usage compared to the previous legacy site. Royal Mail is now processing up to two million online postage orders daily, demonstrating the effectiveness of our collaborative efforts.
